RR TrackSo, what happens when you have a RR crossing in need of repair and you hit it a bit too fast? The tire by the way had only 200 miles on it.Tire & Wheel

I actually have a place nearby, The Wheel Shop, where I have bought tires and had mounting done. Also he has a wheel repair “device” and he will fix and repaint the wheel (for less that the $300 replacement). The tire was a blowout, so no amount of green slime would have helped it to hold air.

WOW!! That’s CRAZY! Did you lose inflation? With no spare, I would be stuck since I only have a plug kit (that I’ve had to use on three occasions).

Oh man! Let us know how you are looking to handle this unfortunate situation. A replacement tire shouldn’t  be too hard, but the wheel 😩. Get it repaired, or search for a replacement?
