MIATA NIGHT @ DAILY GRIND, SOUTHWICK,MA AUG 7

OK folks…this is a little get together that a bunch of us attended last year.  Monday evening cruise night/car show. This one is highlighting the Miata.  the MassMiata club will also be in attendance.

 

Nice venue, specific parking just for Miatas on the grass out front…a local creamery will be there with their ice cream…food available.

 

lets show the MassMIata folks that we can get a good turnout…my ice cream depends on it!! Bob Baylis and I have a little side bet on who gets the most Clubmembers to show up

What a tremendous selection of cars, new and old, Miatas and exotic cars and all colors of cars! Good time but limited food offerings.

What a fantastic night. So great to see all the different Miatas and meet with everyone.

thank you to all the Nutmeg folks that came out to the Daily Grind this evening…if Bob Baylis had been able to attend, he definitely would have had to buy me ice cream…

 

and happy Birthday to Kalob…girlfriend brought cake…we sang…lol!!

 

At the end of the evening I had a conversation with denise who runs this show…200 cars were there tonight…most EVER that they have had.  32 Miatas prominently displayed on the lawn…she was VERY happy that everything went well

I plan to be there and Gina will be coming along with me. She was my co-pilot for the Spring Run.

Bumping this up…reminder that this is scheduled for tonight…postponed from last Monday due to bad weather…looks like the weather gods will be napping this evening and nmo rain…

Just got notified that due to impending bad weather, this get together has been postponed to the stated rain date…next Monday Aug 14

Diane and I are working on it. We should be there

I’ll be there, going to leave for it after work so I can make it around 6:00, maybe a little later.
