OK folks Now that the holidays are over, let’s look forward to the year ahead! AKA the annual planning meeting. Please check the club web site, sign up for the meeting on February 5th, it’s coming right up in 2 weeks. Location yet to be determined. (we are working on this) Time is from 12:00PM – 4:00PM

I would like to thank everyone that came to the Planning Meeting yesterday. pretty good turnout!!
The election results were pretty straightforward…present board members are staying on for another year.
Wonderful food from the members…quite the display of culinary talent!
Special thanks to Graham and Karen…they kept things moving and well organized in the kitchen area…while the rest of us enjoyed a social afternoon.
Stay tuned for the results of the calendar dates…that should go out in the next few days.

The tardiness of finding a location falls squarely on me…a mis-communication between me and Angela…and a REALLY bad December/January here with my world turned upside down…some members know what i am referring to.
That said…the LOCATION has been nailed down
FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH
222 W Main St, Waterbury, CT 06702
WE have been at this location several times in the past. Big room…plenty of space to spread out..full kitchen facilities for warming something up if need be.
So all of you folks out there…put your culinary skills to work and dazzle your fellow clubmembers
We usually have 50-60 members attend…but don’t make enough for that number!!…there is always plenty to sample.
Reminder…this is also when the members vote on this year’s officers…so attending is in everyone’s best interest.
There will also be a preliminary calendar handed out …loosely based on last years calendar. If you have something you want to add to the calendar, bring it up at the meeting. We will be looking for folks to step up and ride herd on a few rides this year.
