Here is the latest procedures in place for our event at LRP on July 11…hot off the email this morning

 

Here are the latest Operating Procedures (attached) as well as a brief update on the restrictions.

 

Outdoor gatherings permitted up to 100 people. This also means guests (number within reason and not general public…) are permitted and pre-registration no longer required. Watching from hillsides by attendees is now permitted, but again, no general public.
Guests/Attendees require face covering when unable to maintain a safe social distance of six feet (as opposed to full-time). Means they still need to bring and wear during registration, when in line for Concessions, restrooms, etc. Employees still required to wear whenever public is present.
Instructors are allowed in vehicle with attendee/student, but no general ride-alongs.
