Just a little reminder…the following information was posted here in this thread back on March 11

 

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.  no ifs ands or buts

 

NO REFUNDS FROM THE CLUB.  This is a popular event and it always generates a waiting list.  If for some reason you cannot attend…broken car..broken bone..didn’t check the family calendar…whatever

 

We will put someone from the waiting list together with the person that needs to drop out and they can work it out.  Our Treasurer, Bob, has enough on his plate taking care of things.  We tried that a few years back…that dog don’t bark.  Not going back there

 

We have ALWAYS pulled names from the wait list…sometimes sooner…sometimes later

 

Unfortunately, we have exhausted the names on the waiting list as of last weekend…Angela has sent out two email this week to the general membership with this subject being the top line…open spot for saturday
