No torque specifications in the shop manual for the ND.. The HKS manual states about 65ft/lbs + 55-65 degree turn.. I can tell you that it was torqued on a HELLA lot more than 65 ft/lbs + 1/6 turn at the factory.. The funny thing is once I got the bolt off, I was literally able to get the pulley off by hand. I had bought a puller kit thinking that was going to be the tough part.. go figure..
