NOTICE: BEER RUN REPEATED ON SUN OCT. 2 SAME TIME AND PLACE
Ok, sorry for the delay getting the run info to everyone.
We will be meeting at “1291 Boston Post Road, Madison CT” Please enter at the Fish Tale Restaurant on the left, then go around the back side of the brick Middlesex Health building, and park along the trees there.
If you are coming from I95 you will get off exit 62 for hammonasset state park, travel towards RT1, and turn left at the light to the parking lot. We are planning on meeting at 10am, drivers meeting at 10:30 or so, leaving at 11:00.
There should be a few more spots if anyone is interested, I’m trying to keep it at around 20 cars due to parking. If anyone needs coffee or a bathroom before we go, there is a Dunkin Donuts right down the road on the left.
The run will be about 80 miles, with 2 small breweries. Bio breaks at the breweries. There will also be lunch/dinner close to the last brewery. We will have some good cruising roads and some super twisty back roads. I have requested that some of these roads be freshly paved for us, so we will see how that works out 🙂
Lets hope the rain stays away, I’m not going to wash my car because it rains when I do that.
